หลังจากที่ทางเว็บไซต์ได้ประกาศและเผยแพร่สื่อตัวแรกออกไปเกี่ยวกับโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธออนไลน์แห่งแรกของประเทศไทยในชื่อของ "ธรรมะข้างเปล" ผมก็ขอชี้แจงเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับหลักการและรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมก่อนจะมีการขยับขยายในขั้นตอนต่อไป

ถ้าจะให้นิยามกันจริงๆแล้ว "ธรรมะข้างเปล" น่าจะหมายความ ถึงชุมชนผู้ปกครองและครูเพื่อการแบ่งปัน "ลงแขก" สร้างองค์ความรู้ วิธีการเลี้ยงลูก (หรือลูกศิษย์)โดยยึดหลักวิถีพุทธเป็นแกน เป็นชุมชนที่มีทิศทางและเป้าหมายชัดเจน (Directive Community) ในการผลักดันจุดมุ่งหมายของกลุ่มให้แพร่หลายด้วยการใช้เว็บเป็นระบบกลาง เพื่อการแบ่งปันและพัฒนาองค์ความรู้ (Knowledge sharing) มีชุดเครื่องมือสื่อสารให้เลือกใช้งาน มีเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ และการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆในอนาคต ซึ่งถ้าใครยังงงอยู่ก็ไม่ต้องกังวลไปครับ สักพักจะเข้าใจไปเอง เพราะในกรณีแบบนี้ยังใหม่มากในเมืองไทย ผมขออาสาเป็นหน่วยกล้าตายนำขบวนเองจ้า และจะพยายามสื่อสารทำความเข้าใจอย่างต่อเนื่องครับ
และคงต้องชี้แจงกันเพิ่มเติมก่อนว่า onk8.net ถูกวางตำแหน่งให้เป็น Social Collaboration Network for Buddhism แปลเป็นไทยได้ว่า เราพยายามที่จะเป็นเครือข่ายความร่วมมือทางพระพุทธศาสนา ถูกแล้วครับ นี่ไม่ใช่แค่เว็บ..แต่รวมถึงกิจกรรมและการมีส่วนร่วมของสมาชิกด้วย ส่วนจะร่วมมากร่วมน้อยก็ตามอัธยาศัยครับ เราไม่มีการบังคับ ถ้าคุณเห็นว่ามันเป็นโครงการที่ดี คุณก็จะเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมเอง เอาแค่ความคิดเห็นดีๆก็เป็นกุศลแล้วครับ
หลักการของ "ธรรมะข้างเปล" นั้นคือการมาร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้ วิธีการ กรณีศึกษา และตัวอย่างการเลี้ยงดูลูกหลานด้วยธรรมะอย่างถูกต้องตามหลักไตรสิกขา คือ ทาน ศีล ภาวนา (ซึ่งอย่างหลังนี่ในเว็บเราเน้นมากครับ เพราะธรรมะมีไว้ใช้ในชีวิตจริง ไม่ใช่เก็บไว้บนหิ้ง) รวมไปจนถึงบการแก้ไขเด็กที่ถูก spoiled (ทำให้เสียคน)ไม่ว่าคุณจะมีลูกหลานหรือไม่มีก็แล้วแต่ คุณอาจจะเป็นครูอาจารย์ที่ต้องอบรมสั่งสอนลูกหลานของคนอื่น คุณก็สามารถที่จะเข้ามาแบ่งปันแบบ "ให้และรับ" กันตามสะดวก โดยมีเงื่อนไขหลวมๆดังนี้
- ระบบที่เราใช้ใน "ธรรมะข้างเปล" นั้นเป็นการจำลองการ "ลงแขก" ที่มีใช้ในสังคมไทยมาช้านาน หรือถ้าจะให้ทันสมัยหน่อยก็คือในรูปแบบกึ่งๆ Wikipedia เรายังไม่สามารถทำให้เป็นวิกิพีเดียตรงๆได้ เพราะพระพุทธศาสนานั้นมีหลักการชัดเจน เราจึงต้องมีการคัดกรองกันบ้างตามสมควร เพื่อไม่ให้คำสอนถูกบิดเบือน
- การ สอนธรรมะแก่ลูกหลานให้ได้ผลนั้น คุณจะต้องทำให้เป็นตัวอย่างด้วย แปลง่ายๆว่า เราเหล่าผู้ปกครองจะต้องเอาธรรมะมาพัฒนาตนเองไปพร้อมๆกับลูกด้วย ไม่ใช่สอนลูกแล้วตัวเองไม่ทำ ธรรมะต้องลงมือครับ
- จากข้อหนึ่งผู้ปกครองควรจะต้อง "พยายาม" อย่างที่สุดในการรักษาศีล 5 ถ้าพยายามแล้วไม่สำเร็จยังดีกว่าไม่พยายาม เพราะอะไรลองเข้าไปอ่านที ทำไมต้องมีศีล แล้วจะรักษาศีลกันอย่างไร
- ผู้ปกครองจะต้องวัดผลการเรียนการสอนด้วยตนเอง เพราะนี่คือระบบ open source อันเป็นระบบเปิด ที่ผู้ปกครองต้องดูแลลูกหลานตัวเอง ใครทำใครได้ซึ่งเป็นหลักการเดียวกับธรรมะของพระพุทธเจ้า
- คำแนะนำต่างๆที่ทุกท่านจะมาแบ่งปันกัน ไม่จำเป็นต้องวิชาการจ๋า ไม่ต้องใช้ศัพท์ยาก ควรทำให้ง่ายที่สุด เน้นความเข้าใจ เอาไปใช้ได้จริง
- เรา ส่งเสริมการแสดงออกซึ่งความคิดความเห็น การสนับสนุนความเห็นด้วยการโหวต และการมีส่วนร่วมในทุกๆทาง ไม่ว่าจะผิดจะถูกก็แสดงมันออกมาครับ ผิดมีไว้แก้ ไม่ใช่ไว้ซ่อน เพราะสุดท้ายไม่ว่าคุณจะหว่านเมล็ดอะไรไว้ คุณก็จะได้ผลของมันเอง
- หากมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการเลี้ยงลูก(ในเชิงจิตใจ) ก็สามารถนำมาปรึกษากันในกลุ่มสมาชิกได้ตลอดเวลา
- ช่วยกันเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการออกไปสู่โรงเรียนต่างๆ เพื่อที่โครงการจะได้เป็นส่วนเสริม (plug-in) สำหรับการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียน เป็นการประยุกต์ใช้องค์ความรู้ในโครงการไปพร้อมๆกันกับที่บ้าน
ไม่อยากจะบอกว่าเป้าหมายสูงสุดของโครงการคือ การเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปแบบการศึกษาพระพุทธศาสนาในโรงเรียนทั่วประเทศ จากรูปแบบเดิมๆ สู่การ "ลงมือทำ" ให้มากขึ้นเหมือนที่มีในโรงเรียนวิถีพุทธ ส่วนใครที่ผ่านไป ผ่านมา ไม่ต้องปลุกนะครับ ขอผมฝันและเดินละเมอไปเรื่อยๆเถอะ :)
จากนี้ไปสื่อและกิจกรรมในโครงการ "ธรรมะข้างเปล" จะถูกทยอยปล่อยออกมาเพื่อให้ทุกท่านได้เห็นภาพรวมของโครงการ พร้อมกับได้เข้ามาช่วยกัน ก่อให้มันเป็นรูปเป็นร่างและกำหนดทิศทางให้โครงการมากกว่านี้ เพราะธรรมะนั้นไม่มีขายสำเร็จรูปอยากได้ต้องช่วยกันทำครับ
เราหวังว่าในวันหนึ่งข้างหน้าสื่อที่เราทำจะถูกใช้เป็นสื่อการสอน พระพุทธศาสนาอย่างถูกต้องในโรงเรียนทั่วประเทศ (ความหวังแบบลำลอง แต่เอาจริงนะ)
